Production Blog

 The production of my commercial is going really good. I have to get some little things sorted but all in all, really making progress. The clarity of the videos is a little blurry. The music I had to revise it because it wasn't appropriate enough. Then I had an issue with my computer as a whole for a couple of days. My computer died and it wouldn't turn on. I was super stressed cause I never saved a backup file to a flash drive. I took it to the shop to get fixed, and they said it was fixable. Thank god, cause without it I would have to restart the whole commercial. Let alone all my other files on the computer. But I got it back 3 days later and the file was corrupted. Which sucked cause I did end up having to remake it. I still had all the pictures and the video saved. But it sucked having to remake it. When it came to choosing a school friendly song I chose the song Safe and Sound by the duo Capital Cities. I liked this song cause it gives a very calming tone. The song tells you that you are always safe and sound. Which I really connect to cause this commercial is about my life and I always felt safe and sound. The commercial really capitalizes on the aspect of family. It does by showing pictures of family and the security it brings, in this case about me.
