Minor Setbacks

I missed one of the classes we had together. We planned on finalizing the filming last weekend but it was canceled. This is because one of my groupmates was injured. This has prevented us not properly filming the cause of the boot he has due to the injury. My other groupmate was busy with his work life. Working around the time in the afternoon has been a struggle for me and my groupmates. Chris has a recent injury due to a soccer game. Then me being busy during the weekends with stuff related to my local church. This is due to me helping out in the mornings at the church. That makes me out for the weekends in the mornings. As of right now. We have everything set up to get the filming done. But as of right now, the only thing that we currently have to do is to finalize the day we get the group together. To get the filming done I currently have a plan I want them to know. I wanna see if they like this plan as it's a plan that doesn't include me in the video. But I will be involved in editing the majority of the video. This is mostly because I learned how to use Adobe Premiere Pro and the rest of the editing software. The rest of my groupmates know that I have been using these programs and know that I have a certain vision for them as well. If we can get the filming done then everything else should be easy to get done.

Re-Shoot Blog

So after what my sister told me. Me and my groupmates with the criticism we receive. We deicide to reshoot majority of the scenes. One of the scenes we shoot was of me driving around. The context to this is prior to me meeting with Chris. With me calling him to meet up at McDonald's. To get this scene Daniel was on top of the hood of the car recording me safely while I was driving. But with Daniel recording from the outside and me talking inside the car. We had ran into some issues. We over came these issues by recording my voice inside through my phone. The clip that came from this was one of the better looking scenes in my opinion. Plus it was funny to see Daniel laying on top of the hood recording me. When we were recording Chris came and we decided to record the other scenes we needed. Peer Review Blog

 So for the peer review, I decided to have my sister do it. At first, she didn't want to. Bot after some bribery for some food she gave in. At first, she liked the overall look of my video. But she didn't love the editing.  For some reason, my first version wasn't the best. It didn't have the audio synced correctly. She had some thoughts about the music and the production quality. She thought the music sucks. Which it does. Cause it's the only non-copyrighted music. She didn't like the transitions either. She thought it was cut weird. But when I showed her the final production, she loved it. By using her ideas we re-made it. With thoughts in mind. She really loved the final edit of it. How we made the intensity high. And how we fixed the transactions. They ended up coming smoothly. She really liked how it turned out.
